Keletso Adeola brings to her work in Disability Support a philosophy that centres on the individual and their inclusion in society. As a wife and mother of three children, Keletso is well equipped as a carer on a personal level.
Keletso’s professional expertise and passion is founded in her educational and work history. Beginning with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and experience as a Secondary School Teacher, Keletso then transferred her focus to Early Childhood Education. She has worked in family day care, long day care, before-and-after-school care and, for five years, was an Early Childhood Centre Director, responsible for overseeing all daily operations.
After further study, Keletso became a Junior Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist and began working with young people facing challenges related to diagnoses including autism. Keletso directed her passion for this field into founding Base Disability, a registered NDIS provider of which she is Director.
Base Disability is the first choice in disability care, and supports children, teens, and adults with disabilities to contribute to, and achieve genuine inclusion in, their community. Base Disability welcomes everyone ready to take the next step, and will be there as your guide, coach, and personal assistant.
