Milia Simielli is A Business We Love!
Milia Simielli is originally from Brazil, where she used to work as a Family and Community Health Nurse. She moved to Australia in 2015, where she has dedicated her time to work as a Doula, Childbirth Educator & Creator of Milia Dolls. She supports mainly migrant families, to have a positive experience of childbirth.
She has also created her own version of a Birthing doll, a doll that can be pregnant gives birth and breastfeeds, it can be used by families to prepare siblings for the arrival of a new baby in the family and also by birth workers on childbirth education.
And since 2017 she offers sustainable products that started with her creating reusable cloth pads for herself, due to an allergy that she was having with the disposables, it went so well that she started selling on her store.
