Our specialised entrepreneurial model is designed to support the economic empowerment of migrant + refugee women who:
have a nano business or micro business but do not draw a regular salary
are the primary carers for their families
may have limited literacy, numeracy, and/or technology skills
have not realised the full benefit of a professional network or their financial capacity
have restricted career prospects
have not realised their full leadership potential
are making great contributions and have powerful stories to tell, but do not have access to a platform from which to be recognised or heard.
We know that, with impactful support, migrant and refugee women are empowered to contribute to the economic, social and cultural progression of Australian society. MWiB provides support which includes:
the Migrant Women in Business National Network
the Made by Many Hands online marketplace

social, community, corporate and political advocacy
